Partner Program Terms

1. Overview

Hiresling.ai is operated by 42labs OÜ, registered in Estonia (EU). These terms govern the Hiresling.ai partner and affiliate program: promoting Hiresling.ai with your own referral link and earning commission on the subscriptions that follow.

They apply to you from the moment you create a partner account or start using a referral link, whichever happens first. If you do not accept them, do not join the program and do not use a link.

Larger partnerships — bootcamps, universities, consultancies, media, events — are agreed in writing case by case. Where a signed partnership agreement says something different, that agreement wins over these terms for that partnership.

2. Joining

• The affiliate account is self-serve and free. There is no exclusivity, no minimum audience and no sales target, and you are free to promote other products as well.
• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
• One partner account per person or organization.

3. Your link and how referrals are counted

• Every partner gets a unique referral link. When someone arrives through it, we place a referral cookie on their browser for 30 days. If they subscribe while that cookie is valid, the subscription is attributed to you. Attribution is last click: a later partner's link replaces an earlier one. A signed partnership agreement may set a different window for that partnership.
• Blocked, cleared or expired cookies mean no attribution, and a purchase made on a different device or browser from the one that followed your link is usually not attributed. This is a limit of the technology, not a decision we make case by case.
• Check your partnership dashboard: it is the record of clicks, sign-ups and commission. Tell us promptly if you believe it is wrong.

4. Commission and payouts

• Commission is recurring and tied to the subscription, not to your activity: you earn on a referred subscription for as long as it stays active and paid, whether or not you are still promoting Hiresling.ai. The one exception is a termination for breach, in Section 10.
• The commission terms that apply to you — rate, currency, payout method and schedule, and any minimum — are shown in your partnership dashboard and form part of these terms.
• Commission follows the payment. If a referred payment is refunded, reversed or charged back, the matching commission is cancelled; if it has already been paid to you, it is deducted from your next payout.
• You are responsible for keeping your payout and tax details accurate and current, and for any tax you owe on commission.
• We may hold a payout while we investigate a suspected breach of these terms, and cancel it if the breach is confirmed.

5. How you may promote Hiresling.ai

Use your own words, your own content and your own channels. When you do:

• Be honest. Do not misdescribe what Hiresling.ai does, invent features, or present figures or success rates that we have not published.
• Never promise an interview, a reply or a job. Not in a post, not in a class, not in a private message. This is the one non-negotiable rule of the program.
• Disclose that you earn commission. Clearly, close to the link, in the same language as the content, before someone clicks. Consumer-protection law requires this in most countries — for example the FTC endorsement rules in the United States, the Consumer Defence Code in Brazil and unfair-commercial-practices law in the EU and the UK.
• Follow the rules of the platform where you post, and email and messaging law if you promote by email — including consent, sender identification and a working unsubscribe.

6. What you may not do

• Send unsolicited bulk email or messages, or buy lists to promote your link.
• Bid on "Hiresling", "Hiresling.ai" or close variants of them in paid search, or use them in the display URL of an ad. Ask us first if you want an exception in writing.
• Present yourself as Hiresling.ai, its staff or its official support, or register domains, handles or accounts using our name or a confusingly similar one.
• Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, auto-redirects or any technique that places a referral without a genuine click.
• Refer yourself or your own accounts, or pay or incentivize people to sign up.
• Promote Hiresling.ai alongside adult, hateful, discriminatory, misleading or illegal content, or in a way that targets minors.
• Copy our website, emails or product screens to build a page that looks like ours.

Attempts to generate commission that is not owed end participation immediately and cancel all unpaid commission. We may recover amounts already paid.

7. Our name and materials

For as long as you are in the program, you may use the Hiresling.ai name, logo and the materials we provide, only to promote Hiresling.ai and only in the form we supply them. You may not alter the logo, combine it with your own mark, or suggest a partnership, endorsement or certification that does not exist. We may ask you to change or take down any specific use at any time.

Your own content stays yours. By posting it publicly with your referral link, you allow us to quote or reshare it to promote the program, with credit.

8. Data protection

• When you promote to your own audience, you decide why and how their data is handled: you are the controller of that data, and you need your own lawful basis for it. We are not responsible for how you obtained or use your list.
• We do not give you personal data about the people who sign up through your link. Your partnership dashboard shows counts and commission, not their identity.
• We process your own data — name, contact details, payout details, program activity — to run the program and pay you. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle it, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

9. Independent parties

The program does not create employment, agency, partnership or a joint venture. You are an independent party. You may not sign anything, accept obligations, make promises, quote prices or speak to press, customers or authorities on behalf of Hiresling.ai or 42labs OÜ.

10. Changes, and ending your participation

• We may change these terms or the program. We will publish the change here and, where it affects your commission, tell you by email before it takes effect. Changes are not retroactive: commission already earned is paid under the terms in force when it was earned. Staying in the program after a change takes effect means you accept it.
• You may leave at any time, for any reason, by closing your partner account or telling us. We may suspend or end your participation at any time, with notice by email; where we end it for a breach of these terms, unpaid commission is cancelled.
• Ending participation ends your right to use our name and materials, but not your commission: subscriptions you referred keep earning for as long as they stay active and paid, unless we ended your participation for a breach of these terms. Sections 4, 6, 8, 9 and 11 survive it.

11. No warranty and limits on liability

The program is provided as it is. We do not guarantee any level of traffic, conversion or commission, or continued availability of the program, the partnership dashboard or any link.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit or lost opportunity, and our total liability to you for anything connected to the program is limited to the commission we have paid you.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Harju County, Estonia.

If you take part as an individual acting outside your trade or profession, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings there where that law gives it to you.
